Aluat de pizza cu usturoi la masina de facut paine

Aluat de pizza cu usturoi

Fie ca este vorba de o seara cu iubitul sau o cina in familie, o pizza gustoasa proaspat scoasa din cuptor iti poate face seara mai buna. Va vom arata in continuare cum puteti face la masina de facut paine aluatul pentru pizza.

Cantitatile din reteta sunt pentru o masina de paine cu o capacitate de 900g, iar aluatul rezultat este suficient pentru doua pizza de aproximativ 40 cm.

Puneti ingredientele in masina de paine, respectand urmatoarea ordine:

  • 1 1/4 ceasca de apa calduta;
  • 3 linguri de ulei vegetal;
  • 1 lingurita de sare;
  • 4 cupe de faina alba;
  • 1/4 ceasca parmezan ras;
  • 1/2 lingurita usturoi granulat sau praf de usturoi;
  • 2 lingurite de condimente italienesti;
  • 2 lingurite de drojdie.

Instructiuni de preparare

Porniti masina de paine pe programul pentru aluat. Supravegheati aluatul in timp ce se omogenizeaza si mai adaugati putina apa daca vi se pare prea uscart (cu lingurita cat considerati ca este nevoie). Aluatul trebuie sa se omogenizeze intr-o pasta nici prea moale nici prea uscata. Amescarea si cresterea aluatului dureaza aproximativ o ora si jumatate.

Scoateti aluatul din masina de paine si framantati-l de cateva ori pe o suprafata plana, cu putina faina, pentru a il dezumfla si a-l face maleabil.

Impartiti aluatul in doua jumatati si modelati-l in forma de minge – este astfel mai usor de intins sub forma rotunda, pentru pizza.

Intinde-ti aluatul de piza folosind un sucitor si faina pentru a evita lipirea. Intindeti-l bine si presarati-l cu faina pe ambele parti pana ajunge la forma si grosimea dorite.

Intindeti bine aluatul inainte de a il pune in tigaie

Pentru a pune aluatul in tigaie cu usurinta impaturiti-l in jumatate, iar apoi inca o data. Puneti-l in tigaie cu coltul in mijlocul tigaii in care veti face pizza si intindeti-l.

Acum aluatul este gata si puteti face reteta favorita de pizza.
Pizza normala are nevoie de 15-17 minute la 200 de grade.

Pizza Pizza Calzone

Pentru o pizza calzone, umpleti jumatate cu ingredientele dorite (carnati, branza etc.) lasand 2-3 cm la margine. Stropiti cu putina apa marginea de jos a aluatului, pentru a se lipi si infasurati cu partea superioara apasand bine pe margine pentru a sigila aluatul. Coaceti la 200 de grade timp de 15-20 de minute pana cand aluatul se rumeneste si… Pofta Buna! 🙂
